Summary:
This is the 2nd generation, or REBIRTH, of the Chaosfall mafia. Essentially, it's a sequel to the original plotline.

Ten long years have passed since 21 year-old Melissa Kattenji's disappearance. Distraught, her father - and notorious opium mafia boss Jag - began a nation-wide search for her. This search exhausted many of the gang's profits and inevitably led to the direct destruction of the mafia - and the insane asylum imprisonment of Jag's adopted son, Jhonen Vanimen.
Former Chaosfall members faded into normal society or smaller mafias once more, and new gangs rose to battle for dominance in Chicago. Most people assumed Melissa had been murdered, Jhonen gone forever, and Jag, suicidal. But now...

A woman who looks to be in her late twenties sits in your living room, swirling a glass of red wine in one hand, fondling a gun in the other. Her designer dress is short and her legs crossed, ending in a perfect pedicure and expensive stiletto heels. A once easily-recognizable scar has now become indistinguishable with the vast number of horrific slashes that mar her beautiful figure and face. Her hair runs long, a rich chocolate down her back and over her eyes. She has an aura of striking familiarity.

"The days of Jag are gone. Mine have only just begun." She flicks the revolver's chamber open expertly, and you see a golden bullet fall onto the table, rolling until it stops just before you. "Welcome to Chaosfall... Rebirth." She stands and disappears through your door as silently as she arrived. The bullet gleams under the light of the lamp, and you squint at it, making out words: an address and time. The choice is yours now.

Rules
1. Only OC's are allowed; OC's are original characters, meaning that he/she is not from a copyrighted show. These are characters that you have made up on your own. This does not, however, mean you have to draw a picture of them; you are welcome to use other people's pictures (with their permission) for your character if you are drawing-illiterate like =BakuraSenov .
2. By joining and getting your character approved, you're giving all members of this Mafia permission to use your character(s) in stories, drawings; if you have a problem with how your character was portrayed, bring it up with the artist/writer, and they must change it for you.
3. No god modding; You cannot make any other character do something, be wounded, killed, kicked, etc. That is, unless the person gives you permission. If you need further explanation of what is included in god modding, send a note to =BakuraSenov or ~Pluto-Reaym titled God Modding? .
4. Any type of romance RP is allowed: Yaoi (BoyxBoy), Yuri (GirlxGirl), or Normal (BoyxGirl). Be sure to ask the person you are RPing with before starting a Yaoi or Yuri RP, since there are people who dislike those sorts of relationships. Do not get upset if you see someone doing an RP that you don't support; they are not your characters, and therefore none of your business.
5. DeviantArt Regulation states that there are to be no explicit content in RPing, or in chat rooms in general. This applies here: if you really have to do it, then go to another chat room and don't get this one involved. We do not want this chat room to be banned because of your risky behavior. If you have to, go to #CyberRP (I've actually been hoping to get rid of that chat room for years, so go for it).
6. Please refrain from talking about religion or politics - it never turns out well. Every person is entitled to their own opinion, and in thus, arguing with them is not going to change their mind. This also goes for gays as well: we don't want to hear about your homophobia, keep it to yourself.
7. If you break 3 or more of these rules, you will be banned from this chat room. If you have a question on why you were banned, please send a note to ~Pluto-Reaym or =BakuraSenov and we'll be happy to investigate why you were banned.
8. Respect your fellow RPers - they are here to have fun, and there is no reason to insult or anger them. Especially respect the creators ( ~Pluto-Reaym, =BakuraSenov, ~Misao262, & ~ShadowRavenAMZ )
9. Do not ask to be promoted. You will earn your ranking based on how you RP, and how often and long you are on the chat room and active.
10. Do not spam! It's downright annoying, and you will be kicked twice before being banned by doing this.
11. Use brackets [{()}] for OOC (out of character) talk - in other words, when you're not RPing, a bracket needs to be placed at the end of your sentence(s). Use bold (which can be created by putting < b > before your posts without the spaces).
12. You cannot RP unless you have submitted a character and that character has been accepted by one of the four creators.
13. When submitting a character, you must use the RP profile skeleton that is provided.

Chat Room Rankings
Mafia Boss: This consists only of ~Pluto-Reaym, =BakuraSenov, ~Misao262, and ~ShadowRavenAMZ . This does not necessarily mean that they are actually the Mafia bosses in the chat room - this simply means that they are the creators of this chat room, idea, and journal.
Master Hand: Those most trusted by the bosses. They're the ones who speak to them directly and relay orders. The elite among the mobsters; can accomplish almost any mission solo. Huge paycheck.
Shadow Speaker: The management tier. They assign most missions and supervise the underlings. Sent to take care of sensitive missions, including those which need sniping or diplomacy.
Champion Smuggler: Sent on higher level missions, although not necessarily especially sensitive ones. It's about brains, not brawn, now.
Smooth Talker: Someone to be trusted in lesser missions. Proven moderately reliable.
Hired Help: Still learning, but at least you have a paycheck now.
Lackey: Bottom level. Most likely to be thrown under a bus / used as a human bullet shield.
Freelancer: A beginner crook. Someone who isn't technically in a gang yet.
Bystanders: These are the people who have just entered the chat room and have not submitted a character or have not been approved by one of the four creators.
Victims: People who broke 3 or more rules and have been permanently banned from the chat room. These people will remain victims unless a fault was found in their 3+ rule breaking.
